Senator Lincoln moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE                  
BILL NO. 337 An Act relating to the mandatory incorporation of                 
certain boroughs in the unorganized borough and to certain third               
class boroughs; and providing for an effective date be taken from              
the Finance Committee and referred to the Community and Regional               
Affairs Committee. Senator Taylor objected.
